1. Classic Cars and Chromes

Motocycles these shiny steel horses

My mom was the manager of Joel Robert multiple Belgian World Champion for Suzuki Motocross in the 70s. I saw so many motorcycle accidents and injuries in my youth I had longtime ago decided, and was told by my mom to never ride the steel horses. We went to speed races also where I saw a Japanese rider stopping a motorcycle in the straight lane in "Francorchamp" with his boots on the floor at 200+ km . The end of this racetrack is known for its killer curve and sheer drop at the end of the straight. He stopped but the bottom of all his feet was simply gone. Since then I have kept the love of motorcycles to the shapes ,chromes and amazing colors some owners manage to beautify their steel horses. He is ONE that has struck me in particular in Vancouver . The utmost stunning turtle shell effect in the paint job and the steel work sculls on this "Heritage Softail". He told me it was a disabled Artist in Maple Ridge who did it. If I'd know his name and website I would link here, to promote his work. Such a wonder. Some other motorcycles are maybe less flash but the details of some of their novel shapes in the right light and moment of time make me stop and start photographing.
